Running alongside the regular Core Cities Leaders, Chief Executives and Policy officers meetings, a number of additional independent working groups bring expert representatives from the Core Cities together to tackle common issues in specific policy areas.
The groups work in different ways; some regularly share best practice in their specialized field while others are created to respond to certain issues as they develop and are therefore more informal and occasional.
