Developing the Cambridge - Milton Keynes - Oxford Corridor: infrastructure, governance and economic growth

Taking place with the National Infrastructure Commission expecting to publish its final report on the Cambridge - Milton Keynes - Oxford Corridor in advance of the Autumn Budget, this seminar will assess its recommendations and potential priorities for implementation.

 

Delegates will consider logistical issues for increasing transport capability, with a focus on the East West rail link and Oxford to Cambridge Expressway projects, as well as measures to be taken to meet the need for housing in the area.

 

It will also be an opportunity for key stakeholders to discuss priorities for developing an integrated strategic plan for the Cambridge - Milton Keynes - Oxford Corridor to support economic growth.

 

The seminar brings policymakers together with leaders from business and local government, housing and infrastructure developers, environmental groups, planning consultancies and lawyers, universities and others with an interest in these major projects.
