Based on independent economic research, this report reveals two possible visions of the future for our cities, a best and worst case scenario.  The difference between the two is about £33billion in GVA output and more than 750,000 jobs over the next decade in the Core City authority areas alone.  The report concludes with new thinking on how devolution to cities can help them get closer to the best case scenario.
