Cllr Tom Hunt was elected as Leader of Sheffield City Council in May 2023.
He was previously the Deputy Director of the Sheffield Political Research Economy Institute at the University of Sheffield. Cllr Hunt was also previously Chair of Trustees for a Sheffield charity and community enterprise that delivers a wide range of health, employment, leisure and community services.
