As the Government launches its legislative programme with economic growth and devolution at its heart, we publish some basic first principles as to how we unlock our cities' full potential.
This policy note comes out of a cross party parliamentary round table discussion we had earlier this year and covers topics including skills, local government funding and public sector reform featuring key people from across the national and local state. We will be expanding on these topics further over the months ahead and look forward to a constructive relationship with the new Government.
